Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The State intends to make a noncompetitive purchase and enter into a 5 year contract with Logikcull for a cloud-based eDiscovery system. Logikcull features include: ● Drag-and-drop auto-processing approach to processing, de-duplicating, indexing, etc. data. ● Culling intelligence engine with filter capabilities including chat filters, language detection, QC Tags, email filters, and others. ● A/V Transcription with VoiceTouch, is a trademarked feature unique to Logikcull. ● General business model operating on upload credits rather than general storage or licensing model. ● Production capabilities, load file upload processes, review pane, and feature set, among other capabilities. ● Onboard FTP ShareSafe capabilities for transferring documents directly from the Logikcull solution to third party in an encrypted manner. ● Slack capabilities - filters, metadata extraction, and viewer. ● Imminent Deep Text Recognition (DTR) and the ability to OCR and search previously "unsearchable" data.
