Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State is seeking a contractor to, at a minimum; provide all the following functions for the Centers for Wellbeing program: • Assist with management and oversight of program operations; • Provide account management to existing accounts; • Prepare program management utilization reports; • Process all program invoices and track program expenses; • Facilitate the integration of clients with disabilities into the VR rehabilitation system; • Maintain records and communication with all Centers for Wellbeing staff and direct service providers; • Develop and implement marketing plans; • Grow the size of the program yearly; • Assist Invest EAP direct service staff to understand and utilize the State vocational rehabilitation system
