Specifications include, but are not limited to: Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Center for Buildings & General Services (hereinafter the “State”) is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies that can provide Janitorial Services for 58 & 60 South Main Street, Waterbury – CCVS. 2.1.1.1. Cleaning frequency: 2 days per week: Wednesday and one day on the weekend with cleaning to be performed after business hours. 2.1.1.2. Total occupancy (both 58 & 60): Roughly 10 full time and 10 on hybrid work schedules 2.1.1.3. Approximately 20 staff total. About 10 work full time on-site, and ten use hybrid schedules. 2.1.1.4. 58 Main Street: 2.1.1.4.1. Area: Approximately 5,266 square feet 2.1.1.4.2. Detailed information: 2.1.1.4.2.1. 2 Carpet floors with 12 x 12 tile floors in kitchenette/breakrooms and bathrooms. Wood floor floors on the 3rd floor. 2.1.1.4.2.2. 4 bathrooms (single occupancy) 2.1.1.4.2.3. 1 kitchen/breakroom 2.1.1.4.2.4. 1 Conference room. 2.1.1.4.2.5. Janitorial storage in closet on 1st floor. No slop sink. 2.1.1.4.2.6. Common always and stairwells to be cleaned.
