Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Dover, New Hampshire is requesting pricing information and availability of qualified firm for Overhead Door Repair Services and various routine maintenance and emergency work within the city, on an “as needed” basis. The city has several buildings that have overhead doors that at times are in need of repair. Several open automatically when you drive up to them and some are manual lifts. Total Approximate quantity and sizes are attached. The contractor must have adequate knowledge of commercial overhead door systems. The contractor must have their own vehicles, lifts and tools needed for the jobs. The contractor must be able to respond to emergencies within a 2-hour time frame.
