Specifications include, but are not limited to: Analyze various repositioning options specifically to the agency and its current public housing portfolio. Analysis must include accurate projections of transactional costs, post repositioning revenue, repositioning process milestones and timelines, and identification of any feasibility issues specific to each repositioning option and proposed strategies for addressing those issues. Present repositioning options analysis and a make a final recommendation to the SKHA’s Board of Commissioners. Act as SKHA representative to HUD throughout the repositioning process. Prepare all required federal and other submittals necessary to complete the repositioning process.
