Specifications include, but are not limited to: construction of a new water treatment plant to serve the City of Plant City. The site is accessed through an easement through the driveway of Patterson Trucking located off of East Terrace Drive near Paul Buchman Highway in Plant City, Florida. The work includes establishing a new entrance and driveway to the site, clearing the site and tree removal, demolition of existing pipe, removal of an oak tree on E. Terrace Drive and repair of the road, construction of an onsite road, repaving the entrance to Patterson Trucking, stormwater facilities, a well pump into an existing drilled well, a 1.1 million gallon pre-stressed ground storage tank, high service pump station, chemical storage & feed facilities, electrical/control building, generator, fuel tank, new SCADA system, site improvements, and ancillary components.
