Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Complete the Educational Specifications to meet the requirements in the Education Specifications planning template within the overall RIDE Necessity of School Construction template. 2. Complete the Educational Planning, including: a. District-wide Educational Visioning b. Education Program c. Community Engagement d. Vision Workshops e. Educational Program Narrative f. Targeted Education Specifications g. Community Engagement h. Local Government Collaboration 3. Produce the preliminary schematic design architectural and engineering plans and specifications for the RIDE Stage II application. Documents will include, but not be limited to: a. Floor Plans with room layouts b. Elevations c. Sections d. Preliminary civil plans e. Preliminary structural plans f. Preliminary mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection plans g. Preliminary information technology and security plans h. Outline specifications
