Specifications include, but are not limited to:The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide an Engineering Assessment Report, Environmental Documentation, all Permits, Topographic Survey, Geotechnical Engineering, Utility Coordination, Railroad Coordination, Road Design, Drainage Design and Culvert Hydraulics, Right of Way Plan Development (including Title Research and R/W Staking), Pavement Design, Land Acquisition Services and Construction Phase Services. Additional services may also be required, such as, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations and Historical/Architectural Investigations. Note, by way of reminder: any sidewalk/ramp repair required will need to be ADA compliant. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item. These contracts will utilize the INDOT eInvoice application.
