Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm will perform design and plan development work necessary to produce construction contract documents for the Michigan City Welcome Center, including the following services: engineering assessment, environmental documentation, geotechnical engineering, design and plan development (including building design, parking design, stormwater design, drinking water design, wastewater design, landscaping, and signing and lighting design), topographic survey, permits, utility coordination, waterline extension, and construction phase services. Additional services may also be required, such as right-of-way plan development, (including R/W engineering, title research, and staking), pavement design, and real estate acquisition services. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item.
