Specifications include, but are not limited to: Buildings and Grounds is seeking a vendor to oversee procuring and changing of MERV 8 filters on a quarterly bases at multiple locations in Carson City. The State of Nevada Purchasing Division, on behalf of Department of Administration’s State Public Works Division/Buildings and Grounds (B&G) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide HVAC Air filter services at the Nevada State Library and Archives (NSLA), Supreme Court, Carson City DMV, and Nevada Department of Education as described in the scope of work and attachments. The State intends to award one (1) contract in conjunction with this Request for Proposals (RFP), as determined in the best interests of the State. B&G shall administer the contract resulting from this solicitation. The resulting contract is expected to be for a contract term of four years, subject to Board of Examiners approval. The awarded vendor is responsible for purchasing all the needed air filters. Only MERV 8 air filters can be used for all four building’s HVAC systems.
