Specifications include, but are not limited to: Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Agency of Digital Services, on behalf of the Agency of Education, (hereinafter the “State”) is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies that can provide an Educator Licensing System (ELS). 1.1.1. Salesforce CRM Platform: Bidder solution is preferred to reside on the State’s Salesforce Platform. This pre-existing platform already includes cloud hosting infrastructure and ongoing hosting support services. 1.1.2. Document Management: Shall be included in the solution or will need to integrate with the State’s Enterprise Content Management System, OnBase by Hyland. 1.1.3. MuleSoft Integration: If leveraging Salesforce and OnBase, integration between these two solutions will be via MuleSoft. 1.1.4. Okta: If solution contains Salesforce platform, user authentication for the Salesforce portal will be via Okta.
