The space is approximately 12,230 square feet and will be cleaned two days per week on Tuesday’s and Friday’s. Cleaning must be performed after normal business hours. 2.1.1.General Space Description: 2.1.1.1. Cleaning frequency: 2 days per week on Tuesday and Friday with work performed after normal business hours. 2.1.1.2. Area: Approximately 13,764 square feet Occupancy: 8 staff present all day with another 4 to 5 staff coming in and out during the day. Overall, approximately 20 staff use the space. 2.1.1.3. Detailed information: 2.1.1.3.1. 2 bathrooms w/tile floors-Single occupancy. One bathroom has a shower. 2.1.1.3.2. 1 kitchenette w/tile floor 2.1.1.3.3. Remaining areas are carpeted with carpet floors, including a large open area with modular cubicle seating. 2.1.1.3.4. Office furniture: various; free standing.
