Specifications include, but are not limited to: IndyGo will have three (3) facilities that require security services seven (7) days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. IndyGo will also have one (1) facility that will require security services 14 hours a day, seven (7) days a week, 365 days a year. They include: 24/7/365: • IndyGo Headquarters – 1501 W. Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN • IndyGo East Campus – 9503 E. 33rd Street, Indianapolis, IN • Julia M. Carson Transit Center (CTC) – 201 E. Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN/ 14/7/365: • West Michigan Campus – 2425 W. Michigan Street, Indianapolis, IN In addition to IndyGo's headquarters and the Julia M. Carson Customer Transit Center, which both require security services seven (7) days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, IndyGo operates local fixed service, Bus Rapid Transit, and Access services throughout the Indianapolis area. Most routes enter downtown Indianapolis utilizing the Julia M. Carson Customer Transit Center, a major transfer point. IndyGo requires the following types of positions. The qualifications for these positions will be found later in this document. • Unarmed Fare Inspection Officers (FIO) - For the BRT Line(s) • Armed Law Enforcement Officers (LEO) - For the CTC, IndyGo routes, and BRT routes • Armed Security Officers (AO) - For IndyGo Headquarters, East Campus, CTC, and West Michigan Street Campus
