Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Board of Education of Berkeley County, also referred to as Berkeley County Public Schools or BCS, is soliciting competitive sealed bids for a contractor to furnish, deliver and install one walk-in freezer; The contractor is responsible for all material, labor, storage, transportation of materials and equipment, and any incidental work required to provide BCS with a complete and fully operational walk-in freezer system. The Contractor shall: a. Complete all work in a neat, workmanlike fashion and within the defined project schedule. b. Coordinate all work with the BCS Contract Representative. c. Arrange and provide accommodations for the storage of all materials and equipment on and off site. Materials must be kept dry and stored protected from the weather elements. Any material damaged by improper storage and handling is the contractor's responsibility. d. Provide a safe working zone. e. Remove any leftover materials or accumulated debris from the job site upon completion.
