Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor shall perform quarterly maintenance on gate(s) and door(s) at the CHP Truckee Area offices. B. Quarterly Maintenance is to be conducted every 90 days as identified below, with the first service occurring within 30 days of contract execution. Services are to consist of the following: 1) Lube all points of friction, including but not limited to, rollers, bearings, gears, and guides, etc. 2) Ensure the gates and doors are balanced, the motor limiters are properly adjusted, the drive chains are tight, and the manual system is in proper working order, etc. 3) Inspect and test the function of the door and gate functions, including but not limited to, the electrical wiring and connections, chain, chain shafts, gears, and bearings, etc. 4) Quarterly maintenance supplies shall include, but is not limited to, belts, cleaning chemicals, oil, grease, cleaning rags, switches and fuses.
