Specifications include, but are not limited to: DMHA requests all respondents provide adequate details about their educational curriculum within the following parameters: Describe the respondent’s existing educational program for business/nonprofit skills and best practices. Please include mission of program, overall learning objectives, courses/topic areas, and expected levels of proficiencies of participants upon completion. Describe the length of time for the program, participant expectations, and cost of program. Please include a budget breakdown of administrative expenses to operate the program as well as cost to participants. Provide the details of how and why the program was developed and what, if any, models or standards were used to create the program. Provide information on the program’s adaptability for specific professions or business sectors, including nonprofit, mental health, addiction, and recovery community focuses.
