Specifications include, but are not limited to: Coaching (individual and group): coaching services are necessary to support our leadership in developing tools and methods necessary to supervise and support our work teams. Group coaching offers the opportunity to develop mentor groups with other leaders in similar positions while individual coaching offers the option to explore specific workplace challenges and to develop specific approaches. Timeline for group coaching can be 6-8 sessions and individual coaching at least once monthly. Individual coaching is also used to help staff with performance issues related to soft skills, like but not limited to, communication, time management, feedback, and indirect leadership. A subset of coaching is facilitating the 360-feedback survey process and providing support to staff receiving feedback. This will include a report out of results and a development plan if needed.• Development training: training services are needed to help with work team development, including specific team dynamics, new to leadership, time management, mentoring, etc. This training is anticipated to be specific to our work teams and industry. The training should be provided onsite or virtually.
