Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide Homeless Assistance Winter Shelter services under the Emergency Solutions Grant program. The total amount of anticipated funding available is $200,000 through ESG CARES. Homeless Assistance funds can be used to improve the number and quality of emergency shelters for homeless individuals and families, help operate these shelters, and to provide essential services to shelter residents.; • The shelter must be open to serve homeless individuals/families 24 hours a day/7 days a week during the contract period. • The project must serve both men and women. • Project must demonstrate the ability to serve various types of family structures, individuals/families with physical disabilities, and individuals/families with pets, service animals, and emotional support animals.
