Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The targeted pests include all pests such as, mites, earwigs, sow bugs, centipedes, millipedes, ants, spiders, cockroaches, scorpions, fleas, silverfish, and all other pests (excluding termites). Upon request, trapping for gophers, squirrels, mice and rats. B. The Contractor must provide the on-site CHP Facility coordinator with material safety data sheets on any non-chemical or biological controls used in the treatment of pests that will be applied. C. Contractor agrees to use non-chemical or biological odorless or low odor type control. If this treatment is not effective, Contractor shall move to the use of Tier 3 (least hazardous) herbicides/insecticides and then progress to Tier 2 and then to Tier 1 if necessary, to manage pests. Contractor is responsible for adhering to this process and ensuring that they are using the most current tier-rated herbicides/insecticides.
