Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following Scope of Work will define the contract deliverables: 1. Survey Design-relying heavily upon Gallup’s previously tested and validated questions, the survey will allow the team to compare Gallup databases and contextualize results around quality of instruction, teacher training and preparedness, school safety, inclusion in schools, curriculum quality/focus, and related topics. 2. Sampling-Gallup will develop a sampling plan that facilitates analysis among the eight key regions throughout the state utilizing Census data and oversampling anticipated households with children aged 5-18. 3. Data Collection will be mail based 4. Analysis and Reporting will prepare survey weights to ensure the final sample is representative of all parents throughout the state, including those who generally respond to surveys at slightly lower rates. 5. Deliverables will include a detailed crosstabulation, tableau dashboard, final report and a deidentified dataset.
