Specifications include, but are not limited to: Montana State University Billings (“MSU Billings”, “MSUB”) is seeking to allow a single contractor the exclusive right to operate and manage its alcohol beer garden at home intercollegiate athletic competitions. Beer garden offerings shall include beer, wine, and specialty cans of alcohol with special event service including but not limited to open bar, mixed drinks, local brews, bottled and/or keg beer, full bottles of liquor, wine by the glass and full bottles of wine. MSU Billings is seeking a beer garden contractor that will participate financially and provide other benefits to the MSU Billings programs in exchange for the exclusive rights to sell products and participate in athletics venue advertising and co-branding as approved by MSU Billings. This exclusive agreement will not prohibit MSU Billings from bringing other beverage companies on campus for special events not related to athletic competitions (i.e. the Wine and Food Festival). This also does not prohibit MSU Billings from bringing in beverages from beverage companies that carry items that are not in competition with the items supplied by the contractor pursuant to the contract.
