Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor must have the ability to provide a minimum of three (3) shuttles to be in service concurrently at any given time. The RTAA may not schedule all three shuttles for service on any given day but requires the flexibility to meet passenger flight demand which fluctuates with little-to-no notice. In peak holiday seasons and during large-scale, local events (e.g., bowling tournaments), the required fleet may need to be expanded to as many as seven (7) shuttles. Contractor vehicle fleet flexibility is key. The RTAA will require the ability to cancel scheduled services with a minimum of a 24-hour notice. It is understood that any notification of cancellations that are submitted with less than a 24-hour notice will be considered due and payable by the RTAA. Additionally, it is preferred that the Contractor offer shuttle capacity of 16 or fewer passenger due to the physical limitations of some of the remote parking lots.
