Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor, the Contractor’s agents, representatives, and subcontractors (“Contractor”) shall provide all equipment, materials, labor, and professional services for the plugging of the oil and/or natural gas well(s) identified herein, and the reclaiming of all land disturbed in association with those plugging operations in accordance with West Virginia Code §§ 22-6-23, 22-6-24, and all rules promulgated thereunder. 1. Notify Project Coordinator (PC) within 24 hours of plugging commencement. 2. Install 24-inch cellar around existing well head. 3. Move in and rig up to existing 4 ½-inch casing. Unhook 2-inch production line and cap off below surface. 4. Trip in hole (TIH), check total depth (TD) @ or below 2,222’. If estimated depth cannot be reached, begin cleaning out uncased hole to approved depth/TD by PC. 5. Once TD has been reached / approved by PC, free point 4 ½” casing and pull. 6. TIH to estimated TD @ 2,222’ (or approved depth) with tubing, spot 6% gel and pump bottom hole cement plug from 2,222’ to 2,100’ then trip out hole (TOH). Wait on cement (WOC) 8 hours. 7. Trip in hole (TIH) with tubing tag plug. Free point 7” casing and pull. Perforate remaining casing. Set cement plug from 2100’ to 1750’ then WOC. Tag plug. 8. Trip in hole (TIH) with tubing and spot gel from 1750’ to 1200’. Pump 150’ cement plug from 1200’ to 1050’ to cover elevation. WOC, tag top of plug and add cement if needed. 9. TIH with tubing and spot gel from 1050’ to 800’. Pump 100’ plug to 700’. Gel hole to 200’. Attempt to pull 10” casing, perforate if unable to pull. Set cement plug 200’ to surface. 10. Set monument and reclaim site.
