Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful bidder(s) will design and provide professional learning and products that will increase equitable learning opportunities across the state by supporting the development of the Vermont Framework for Proficiency which includes: • A Portrait of a Graduate (PoG) that specifies the cognitive, personal, and interpersonal skills and knowledge that students should demonstrate upon graduation; • A Personalized Learning Plan (PLP) process that provides students the opportunity to reflect upon their learning and shape their future, and enables the adults in their lives to better understand each student as a unique individual; • Connected literacies that are common across content areas and support the development of a student's equity lens, transferable skills, and Portrait of a Graduate attributes; • Proficiency-Based Graduation Requirements (PBGRs) that encompass the content knowledge and transferable skills that students must exhibit for college and career readiness, thus qualifying a student for high school graduation
