Specifications include, but are not limited to: On behalf of the City of Omaha’s Law Department, the Douglas County Purchasing Agent is issuing this Request for Proposal to solicit proposals from qualified vendors to provide supplemental lobbying services for the City of Omaha to the Nebraska Unicameral Legislature, Nebraska Governor’s Office, and other governmental entities or agencies as may be needed during the term of the agreement. The Supplemental Lobbying Services shall be performed under the direction and supervision of the City Attorney for the City of Omaha, and will be in addition to lobbying activities conducted by the City Lobbyist. Services shall be conducted on a non-exclusive basis and the City reserves the right to make multiple awards under this Request for Proposals.
