OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS 3.1 The dual user virtual equipment shall have Windows 7 Professional 3.2 The virtual equipment shall have 4 GB 1333 MHZ Memory 3.3 The virtual equipment shall have a 60 GB Solid State Hard Drive. 3.4 Robust welding simulation software. 3.5 The virtual shall have a monitor with built-in speakers. 3.6 The virtual equipment must have multiple virtual location simulations. 3.7 The virtual equipment must support English, French, German, Spanish, Turkish, Japanese (Mandarin), Portuguese, Russian, Korean, Hindi, and Arabic languages. 3.8 The virtual equipment shall be equipped with helmets. 3.9 The virtual equipment must be equipped with guns and stingers. 3.10 The equipment must operate effectively without daily replacement of any maintenance items.
