Specifications include, but are not limited to: Removal and replacement of the existing Moapa Valley Lewis Lift Station, including the removal and replacement of all existing pumps, odor control system, generator, electrical wiring, communication equipment, conduits, panels, enclosures, and fencing, and reuse the existing wet well as the new lift station. The project will also construct a new electrical building, fiber optic from lift station to treatment facility, valve vault, and solar panels on the Owner’s parcel on Lewis Avenue, two (2) new 8-inch pressure pipelines, a 4-inch potable water line, blow offs, bi-directional cleanouts, and two (2) conduits from the Owner’s parcel on Lewis Avenue to the Owner’s treatment facility through a portion of Lewis Avenue and through National Park Service Permitted land, Clark County land, and Bureau of Land Management land, the alignment being approximately 7,000 feet in length. The Site of the Work includes an existing lift station located within the limits of Lewis Avenue, approximately 300 feet east of South Deer Street, and the future Lewis Lift Station site will be located on a parcel on the south side of Lewis Avenue, approximately 300 feet east of South Deer Street at APN 071-19-101-002. The dual force mains, a potable water line, and fiber optic conduits will run easterly approximately 7,000 feet from the lift station site along Lewis Avenue and through lands of National Park Service and Bureau of Land Management to the Owner treatment facility at APN 071-20-000-001.
