Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful Bidder will provide rubbish removal services. The specifications for locations, number of dumpsters, dumpster size and frequency of pick up are stated in Appendix D (Cost Proposal). 1. Rubbish removal will be scheduled weekly on the same day(s) each week unless otherwise specified. a. If the scheduled rubbish removal day falls on a holiday or a day in which the Department is not open for business, rubbish will be removed on the next business day. 2. Some locations will need additional pickup service on an “as needed” basis for certain busy times of the year, which is noted in the Frequency column in Appendix D. a. The Department will notify the successful Bidder ahead of time when the service is needed. 3. The successful Bidder must be able to provide and deliver all containers/dumpster for various types of waste and accommodate the location and sizes stated in Appendix D. a. The successful Bidder must be capable of picking up waste at scheduled time, “as needed”, and have the ability to accommodate changes and additions to facilities and locations. 4. The successful Bidder must be willing to accept the possibility of the Department needing to add or remove locations, dumpsters/containers and/or pickups.
