Specifications include, but are not limited to: descriptive literature and/or specifications detailing, at a minimum, the floor manufacturer, sealer/finisher products, and maintenance manuals for the flooring and finish systems upon request. Vendor will provide shop drawling’s for the type of floor assembly and accessory and must include the following at a minimum: A. Expansion provisions and trim details B. Layout, colors, widths, and dimensions of game lines and markers. C. Locations of floor inserts for athletic equipment installed through floorings assembly. 4.1.1.3 Vendor shall move existing bleachers to allow for the laying of new floor and, after installation of new flooring, replace bleachers to that of their original location. New flooring must integrate completely with bleacher structure. 4.1.1.4 Vendor will dispose of all materials in excess or resulting from work performed directly related to replacement of gymnasium flooring and shall comply with all applicable EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) standards. 4.1.1.5 Vendor will supply all materials necessary for the proper installation of an estimated 11,350 square feet of gymnasium wood flooring, at the location. Vendor should field verify the area for accuracy in response to this solicitation. 4.1.1.6 Vendors submitting an “or equal” flooring system to that dictated herein must submit, as a question and supply supporting documentation demonstrating equality to Kanawha County Schools prior to the Question and Answer deadline for approval.
