Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1. Color 2.1.1. Units shall be painted manufacturer's standard industrial color. 2.2. Operating Weight 2.2.1. The standard operating weight shall not be less than 5,600lbs. 2.3. Cab and Body 2.3.1. Unit shall be fitted with a fully enclosed cab with easy access doors that meets current regulations for ROPS and FOPS. Shall be equipped with the following: a. Seat with seat belts. Drivers side shall be a suspension type seat. b. Fenders, front and rear if available. c. Cab heater and air conditioning. d. Windows front and rear. With rear window guard. e. Cruise control. f. Front windshield intermittent wipers. g. Monitoring system shall be manufacturer's standard and include an hour meter, fuel indicator, full instrumentation audio/visual system and key start. h. Am/Fm radio. i. Shall have a hydraulic dump box with a 2000lb rated capacity. j. Shall have front mounted lift arm system capable of lifting 1,500lbs. Lift arm float shall also be provided. 2.4. Electrical System 2.4.1. The electrical system shall be 12-volt. Electrical system shall include: a. Horn. b. LED work lights minimum (two) 2 front and (two) 2 rears. Shall also have road light kit. c. Backup alarm. d. Heavy duty battery or batteries with a minimum cold cranking capacity at 0-degree Fahrenheit of 600 amps. e. Street legal lighting. f. Pre-wired for beacon (12 volt) with factory beacon bracket. If needed 24 to 12-volt converter shall be provided. 2.5. Steering and Suspension a. Shall have all wheel steer capabilities. b. Four-wheel independent suspension. c. Overall width shall not exceed 60”. 2.6. Wheel and Tires 2.6.1. Wheels shall be standard to the industry and unit manufacturer. Tires shall be tubeless front and rear, 27 x 10.5-15. 2.7. Brakes 2.7.1. Manufacturer’s standard parking brake shall be provided. 2.8. Hydraulic System 2.8.1. Shall be manufacturer's high flow hydraulic system, full flow, fully filtered, enclosed system rated at a minimum 24 GPM. The hydraulic system shall be capable of providing sufficient hydraulic fluid to power a variety of attachments. Pressure release hydraulic quick couplers shall be provided. 2.9. Bucket 2.9.1. Loader bucket shall be integral to the unit, designed for and factory assembled by the original manufacturer. Requirements shall be as follows: a. 62” bucket shall be "General Purpose" type with bolt-on edge. b. The width of the bucket shall be equal to or exceed the overall width of the tires. c. Integrated joystick to control all hydraulic function shall be in easy reach and control of the operator. d. A quick coupler system shall be provided for the ease of changing attachments. 2.10. Attachments 2.10.1. HB680 Hydraulic Breaker.
