Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall furnish all material, labor, tools, supplies, permits, equipment, insurance, bonds, transportation, superintendence, barricades, temporary protection, temporary construction of every nature, taxes and all services and facilities, unless specifically excepted, and install all materials, items, and equipment required to complete the construction of Food Service Facilities Renovations at various HCC campuses, as a complete project. The Contractor is required to obtain all permits required by the renovation design package drawings and the permitting authority. The project consists of the removal of partitions, doors, casework, floor slab, equipment, fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP), floor finish, ceiling tile, ceiling grid, etc. and the replacement/ installation of these as specified in the plan. Necessary HVAC, electrical and plumbing work are also a part of the project. In addition, the project includes saw cutting of the concrete slab for under floor sanitary sewer lines and connecting it to existing ones.
