All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Travel to OER. Located in the Department of Administration on 1 Capitol Hill, Providence; 2) Virtual meetings with OER staff; 3) In-person, public presentations to stakeholders and/or elected officials in Providence; 4) Virtual presentations to stakeholders and/or elected officials in Providence; 5) Preparing benefit and cost analyses for memos, summaries and presentations on state energy programs, polices and legislation; 6) Preparing qualitative memos, summaries and presentation on state energy programs, polices and legislation; 7) Reviewing other state energy policies/incentives and comparing to Rhode Island’s energy policies, programs and incentives, including, but not limited to distributed generation, thermal energy, clean transportation, energy efficiency, electric vehicle charging stations and non-wires solutions. 8) Provide expert witness testimony, respond to data requests and travel cost for energy docket proceedings before the Rhode Island Public Utilities Commission located at 89 Jefferson Blvd, Warwick.
