Furnish all labor, transportation, and supervision for janitorial services on the Leadore Ranger District Leadore, Idaho. Services shall be performed at five locations for an approximate total of 2,656 square feet. The work shall consist of cleaning floors, vacuuming and shampooing carpets, cleaning walls, windows, furnishings, furniture, and restrooms. All work shall be performed in a manner applicable to the professional janitorial trade in accordance with all terms, conditions, and specifications specified below. The contractor shall comply with required bio-based and bio-preferred materials requirements of the solicitation and any resulting contract.

Work required under this contract is at the Forest Service owned building recognized as the Leadore Ranger District Office, Salmon-Challis National Forest, in the town of Leadore, 103 Ranger Street. PO Box 180 Hwy 28, Leadore, Idaho 83464.
