Specifications include, but are not limited to: GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS Provide all labor and materials for completion as per specifications and drawings. Include thorough clean up of any nails from the immediate and surrounding area Contractor to schedule demo % complete inspection with the Facilities PM or Director Provide all labor and materials for completion as per specifications and drawings. Contractor to complete project as specified. Upon commencement of the work, the contractor is to finish the project and not pull off the job. Contractor is required to verify measurements/requirements prior to bidding. Contractors will be responsible to provide their own dumpster if needed, or haul refuse offsite. Contractor to obtain any necessary permits and include them in the bid. Minimum one (1) year warranty on parts and labor. County will provide electricity for contactor. We require a ten (10) day notice prior to the first workday. Working hours shall be Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Coordinate all work with the facilities director or project manager.
