Specifications include, but are not limited to: the City of Bozeman (City) is seeking qualifications from firms to perform various related services based on the City’s needs in regard to their Work Order Management System (Cityworks), GIS Database Management support, and GIS System Hardware Architecture support. Interested firms may submit their qualifications for one or more of the categories as listed under Section II.B. The City will select consultant firms based on their qualified expertise to perform as-needed consulting services in their specialized fields. Upon final selection, a short list will be established for each category of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), and an as-needed consulting service agreement will be issued to the selected firms for a two-year period with an optional 1-year extension. Project work will result in Task Orders (TOs) and will be awarded via separate scopes of work detailing minimum requirements and associated details. Firms responding to this RFQ must demonstrate a familiarity and depth of knowledge with GIS and advanced asset management principals, and exhibit a breadth of experience across relevant disciplines. These items are not intended to be exhaustive, but rather are generally relevant to the types of projects and activities the consultant may be tasked with over the contract term. The selected firm will be expected to mobilize quickly to provide services in a timely fashion.
