Specifications include, but are not limited to: An Offeror to conduct risk assessment of the environmental and aquatic health impact of restorative aquaculture using indigenous Hawaiian aquatic species (seaweed & bivalve). The services to be provided by the Contractor for this Restorative Aquaculture Risk Assessment project in accordance with this RFP, including its attachments and any added addenda, shall include the following: • Develop a risk assessment framework for assessing the hazards and risks associated with restorative aquaculture using indigenous seaweed and bivalve species. • Consult with a panel of experts during the development of the risk assessment framework. • Present the risk assessment framework to a panel of experts and stakeholders. • Submit a final report to HDOA that includes risk assessment methodology, results, discussion, and interpretation of results and recommendations and feedback from the panel.
