Specifications include, but are not limited to: Successful Contractor shall provide all tools, supplies, material, equipment, freight, labor, and supervision to coordinate, excavate, and install a well and septic system at one home in Homer, AK. Work shall begin immediately; The purpose of this project is to provide water and septic services to select residence in the Homer area, Alaska. Work shall be completed at the following sites: Site 1 – (site Plan Sheet C101) Lot 7 Misty Ridge Subdivision Unit 2 Plat 2006-21 o Install new insulated septic system Install new insulated 1,000-gallon infiltrator septic tank o Install new insulated sewer service line o Install new insulated bed-style drain field o Install new arctic residential well o Install Arctic Boxes (water & sewer) o Install one insulated utilidor (water) to connect water line from artic box (water) & one insulated utilidor (sewer) under the house to reach the plumbing penetration point. o Possible decommission the existing well per ADEC guidelines o Install heat trace with controls o Install short run heat trace for arctic box and controls
