The estimated square footage for carpeted areas at full capacity is 87,725. 2. The estimated square footage for tile floors at full capacity is 10,000. 3. The estimated square footage for slate areas at full capacity is 8,000. B. The DFA Ragland building includes, but is not limited to the following rooms: 1. Three (3) floors, two (2) passenger elevators, one (1) freight elevator 2. Fifteen (15) restrooms 3. Halls, offices, work areas, and storage rooms 4. Three (3) meeting rooms and one (1) conference room 5. One large Canteen/Break Room (2nd floor)
