Specifications include, but are not limited to: Complete an assessment of the 14 Court Street building and grounds including service areas, public restrooms, staff areas, HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and building envelope. Prepare a comprehensive report that includes existing conditions and recommended repairs, replacement and/or renovations. This report should include cost estimates for recommended repair, replacement and/or renovation work as well as an assessment of which are the most urgent needs. Identified goals and objectives should be considered when establishing this assessment. Provide preventative maintenance recommendations for on-going building maintenance, equipment replacement, flooring replacement, lighting replacement, etc. Identify potential improvements to current level of energy conservation. Make a presentation to the City of Nashua upon completion of the report.
