Build an integrated, centralized BGS information source (Enterprise Data Model). Plan for incorporation of optional add-on components of the software application. Provide executive “dashboard” functions for various constituents: project manager, project executive, consultant, contractor, etc. Compile, track and manage the inventory of all state assets. Migrate select historical data from current systems to new system. Provide uncomplicated training for utilizing the system for tracking, reporting, and interacting for all stakeholders including BGS staff, DAFS agencies, and others. Provide informative view portals for sharing project details with the public, consultants, contractors, and other interested parties.
