Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, and supervision required for the removal of grease, debris and other contaminants that accumulate on the components of the Kitchen hood exhaust system. Inspection and cleaning of the kitchen hood system shall be completed in accordance with NFPA 96, manufacturer's recommendations, and conform to all state and local codes. F. The minimum number of planned inspections shall be two (2) for each fiscal year spaced approximately one hundred and eighty (180) days apart. The service shall be prescheduled with the Physical Plant Director. G. All work shall be performed in the presence of an Agency Representative who shall sign documentation, provided by the Contractor, that the work is complete. The signature of the foreman of the crew performing the work shall appear on site prepared documents. H. A report shall be furnished to the Agency Representative after each examination indicating the scope of work performed, conditions requiring further attention and the name of the Agency Representative present. Failure to provide report may result in lack of payment by owner.
