Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Rochester is requesting bids for complete removal of existing flooring and installation of approximately 3200sf new carpet tiles in an area of the James Foley Memorial Community Center. Samples of the proposed flooring will be available at the mandatory walk through. Minimum Requirements - All workmanship will be professional standards, contractors biding on the project must provide references if they have not previously worked with the City of Rochester. - Contractor will be required to supply all materials/supplies and labor to complete the project in full. - Contractor will be responsible removal and disposal of existing flooring, all prep work and installation of the flooring and cove base. - Quick release glue will be used as the adhesive for the new flooring. - Contractor will ensure all employees act professional while working on site. - A lay down area for supplies will be provided. - Working hours will be between 6am to 4pm - Contractor is responsible for set up of safety containment around the work zone.
