Specifications include, but are not limited to: The state of North Dakota, acting through Office of Management and Budget (the STATE) is soliciting proposals for a desktop emergency alert solution that sends emergency notifications to devices. The STATE is soliciting proposals for a desktop emergency alert software solution that will become a State contract which will be available to other agencies. BND is required to resolicit for the current solution. This solution will be used by BND staff to send an alert to all Windows computers and other designated devices. This solution will also be made available to other State entities as mentioned in Section 1.1 Applicable Directives This information technology project is subject to the following: N.D.C.C. § 54 - 10 - 28 related to the state auditor’s authority to conduct information technology compliance reviews. N.D.C.C.§ 54 - 59 related to the Information Technology Department Information Technology Solution The STATE has developed Requirements Matrix – Attachment 2 – to describe the requirements for the proposed solution. See this attachment for a detailed description of the required and desired features and functionality of the IT solution. The IT solution must be implemented with a minimum of all requirements rated with a priority of Core and Essential.
