Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scope 1 – Pinto Campus Public Admin/Guardian: Roof Replacement RP.D0919040: The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled Pinto Campus Administration Guardian Building and Warehouse Roof Replacement (RP.D0919040) and is located at 515 Shadow Lane Las Vegas, Nevada 89106 (Admin Guardian Building), and at 1700 Kenyon Place Las Vegas, Nevada 89106 (Warehouse). The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 01 through 26 of the Project Manual. The Work consists of the demolition and disposal of existing, and installation of new roof on (2) separate buildings, the Public Administration Guardian Building which is approximately 15,290 square feet, and the Warehouse building, which is approximately 14, 292 square feet. Both building roof decks were constructed using metal deck with rigid insulation placed over the deck and completed with (2) layers of built roofing. Demolition and removal of the existing roof flashings; cleaning of all roof and overflow drains; provide and install new dome strainers; new PVC roofing system and flashings; and new skylight fall protection on both buildings. Construction includes all includes all administrative work as outlined in Division 1 General Requirements and the following using materials noted on Drawings and Specifications. Disconnect existing equipment and utilities and temporarily move equipment to allow for the removal of the roof and flashings; removal of existing roof covering, coverboard, and insulation down to the steel deck and legally disposing of the material; removal of sheet metal flashing at skylights, vents, fans, piping, air handlers, and HVAC equipment; cleaning of all roof and overflow drains and installation of new dome strainers, design/build of exterior scaffolding to access Public Administration Guardian roof, removal and/or upgrades to the existing exterior EIFS system on the penthouse and mechanical screen; installation of new rough carpentry at crickets, parapets, curbs, and roof penetrations; installation of new PVC roof covering. Including roof covering, walk-pads, cover board, and insulation to meet current IECC requirements; provide and install new fall protection at existing skylight locations; re-install existing removed fans, and HVAC equipment, including curbs as detailed; reconnect and test all utilities to equipment to verify operational; and install new base terminations and flashing throughout.; Scope 2 – Pinto Campus Public Administrator: Chiller and Cooling Tower Replacement RP.D0920046.: The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled Pinto Campus Administrator Building Chiller and Cooling Tower Replacement (RP.D0920046) and is located at 1700 Kenyon Place Las Vegas, Nevada 89106. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 01 through 26 of the Project Manual. The Work consists of the modification to air handler 1 and 2 on the Public Administration Guardian Building, including modifications to the existing hydronic piping and valves servicing the units including repair and replacement. Selective demolition for removal of all existing infrastructure, piping, and equipment, including safing off and disconnections needed to remove the existing cooling tower and chiller from the site. Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in Division 1 General Requirements and the following using materials noted on Drawings and Specifications: Demolition of the existing cooling tower and chiller, including the removal of all existing infrastructure, piping, and equipment; installation of new concrete modifications to existing concrete housekeeping pads; installation of new drip plan above existing soffit located below existing air handlers 1 & 2, and waterproofing modifications, patch and repair gypsum board soffit in penthouse of the Public Administration Guardian Building where removed or damaged for/during construction, paint interior & exterior walls, ceilings, parapets to match existing, apply high performance coating on structural members disturbed by construction Provide, permit, and install temporary chillers, piping, and feeders to maintain existing systems while the new systems are being replaced; System shall be tested and run for (2) full weeks prior to any work being started on the chiller/cooling tower replacement, utility shut downs shall be coordinated in advance and scheduled in accordance to Division 1 General Conditions.
