Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Delaware's Department of Services for Children, Youth & Their Families (DSCYF), Division of Prevention and Behavioral Health Services (DPBHS) is seeking proposals for a Mental Health Professional under Project DelAWARE, a grant that has been awarded to the Delaware Department of Education (DOE). The remaining grant funding is through September 29, 2023, pending continued funding by the federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Agency (SAMHSA). DPBHS is responsible for coordinating services with schools in implementing and monitoring the mental health services that are outlined in the grant. To provide oversight to mental health activities including providing direct clinical assessments and intervention to students, Project DelAWARE is looking to contract with one (1) mental health professional, to work in the Delaware Colonial School District, New Castle County. DSCYF will accept proposals from individuals ONLY.
