Specifications include, but are not limited to: The construction of a new West Las Vegas Library: An approximate 39,000 square foot new public library facility on approximately 5.25 acres of vacant real property (Assessor’s Parcel Number APN 139-21-313-014, APN 139-21-313-028 and a portion of APN 139-21-313-019), located on Martin L. King Blvd and Mount Mariah Drive.; Preconstruction Services shall include assisting the Owner in determining whether scheduling or constructability problems exist that would delay the construction of the Project; estimating the cost of the labor and materials for the Project; assisting the Owner in determining whether the Project can be constructed within the Owner’s budget. Such preconstruction services shall further include constructability reviews, construction cost estimates, advice, project analysis, and feedback regarding materials, means, methods, systems, schedule, labor, and other conditions affecting construction and subcontractor selection for development and construction of: West Las Vegas Library
