Specifications include, but are not limited to: Lincoln Electric System (“LES” or “Owner”) is currently seeking bids from qualified bidders for the performance of Hot Section overhaul as more fully described herein to: • Remove the Owner’s Engine from Terry Bundy Generation Station (“TBGS”); • Perform, at Contractor’s Depot, either a rotable exchange or overhaul of the Hot Section, Combustion Chamber and Fuel Nozzles; • Performance of a post overhaul Engine Test; • Reinstall Owner’s Engine and perform Commissioning Services; and • Provide round trip transportation, including shipping container, to and from Contractor’s Depot and as such is issuing this Solicitation. By issuing this Solicitation, the Owner is under no obligation to select any bid submitted by any of the bidders and reserves the exclusive right to accept or reject any and all bids received. This solicitation establishes the major terms and conditions which will be incorporated into any resulting agreement between the parties. However, this document does not reflect final contract language, nor does it cover or address every provision which may ultimately be incorporated into any such agreement. Consequently, this Solicitation is not intended to be a final representation of any agreement that may result from this process and the parties will only be bound by a final Contract.
