Specifications include, but are not limited to: establish contracts with one or more companies that can provide mobile multi-sensory carts. The State of Vermont is seeking to purchase approximately five (5) Snoezelen Mini Cart – Deluxe or acceptable equivalent multi-sensory mobile carts for use in a school setting. If a bidder is proposing an equivalent product they must describe any differences and provide technical information that will assist in the State’s evaluation. 2.4.The multi-sensory cart must include wheels, casters, or other means of being easily moved between rooms. 2.5.An array of multi-sensory equipment for use in stimulating human senses must be included. It must be possible to store the sensory equipment on the mobile cart. Bidders shall provide a list of the sensory equipment included for any product in their bid. 2.5.1. Sensory equipment examples – Bubble tube, mirrors, fiber optic strands, projector with slides, sound machine, AM/FM/CD/MP3 player, diffuser with essential oils, tactile manipulatives
