Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Obtain a building permit from the Town of Johnston (State portion only).; 2. Set up and erect safety equipment as required by OSHA.; 3. Furnish any and all materials, labor, and equipment to install a Security System at Rainone Gym located at 45 Mill Street in Johnston, Rhode Island, as specified.; 4. Equipment is to include, but is not limited to: * A computer control panel with capabilities to handle the alarm system as proposed as well as potential, future expansion to additional zones that may be reasonably required at the facility.; * LTE cellular radio communicator; * Interior Siren; * English Language Keyboard Behind Reception Desk; * Main Entrance/Front Door Contacts (Double Doors at facility); * Emergency Exit Gym Door Contacts (2) at “rear” of building (West); * Ceiling Mount Motion Detector in Foyer/Entry (1); * Long Range Motion Detector in Gym/Court Area (1); * Hold-Up “Panic” Button Under Reception Desk; * Any and all wires, cables, fasteners, brackets, splitters, extenders, and connectors as needed for full system installation and function.; 5. The Alarm System equipment is to be commercial grade, comply with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA Compliant), and cannot include any equipment listed as banned by the act.; 6. Perform all work according to State of Rhode Island Building Code and all relevant codes.; 7. Proper state license required.; 8. All line voltage supplies to equipment must be done by a Rhode Island licensed electrician.; 9. All labor is prevailing wage as per State and Federal Guidelines.; 10. Leave premises clean and orderly.; 11. System supply and installation is to be fully functional with an on-site user tutorial.; 12. One-year full warranty of parts and labor, including technical support as needed. Furnish and honor all manufacturers’ warranties as listed.
