Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this AV System RFP is to refresh the existing system currently in operation with reusing components where best fit and replacing other components at selected vendor’s recommendation to achieve best functionality. The system will need to be capable of delivering content from all required sources and output to various displays throughout the inside and outside of the Council Chambers. The system should also be capable of utilizing wide variety of video conference systems available today including but not limited to Google Meet, Zoom, WebEx, etc. and be able to switch views from a fixed camera in the Council Chambers on the presenter as well as a view of the audience as well as to the users via laptop or local computer. Operators will need to have control of all audio and video aspects of the space with a fixed touch panel to include pre-programmed buttons for the most used scenarios of the space. There would also be a need for an operator station that has complete control of every input and output individually from a fixed workstation and a tablet if possible.
